Second part of the first video (Healthy Breaks).

We leave you this simple routine of strength and mobility that you will have finished in less than 15 minutes.

As homework, try to do it 3 times a week.

Soon we will upload more advanced sessions, so we will try to progressively create a good base of physical condition throughout the program.
